Excuse me for using this forum for recruitment (and I promise not to abuse this :) ), but I am having a hard time finding consultants/developers who truly have "real life" agile development experience or even more important, a true passion and understanding around why agile practices are so valuable in software development. I figured if there was ever a place to get the word out to TRUE Agile enthusiasts this would be the place. I am posting some information on our company below and we are actively hiring for senior and mid java and .net level developers for projects in the Detroit area, some being remote work.
